330 years ago, the Obito fireworks factory was located in the shadow of a dense forest. The enterprise has not been operating for a long time, and the building is about to be demolished: the city authorities built a solar power plant in the vicinity and cut down the trees. For the past four years, young Keitaro has been living inside an abandoned building, trying to complete the creation of the ghostly fireworks "Shuhari" in memory of his missing father. Meanwhile, Kaoru, who left her homeland due to tragic circumstances, returns to support her friend. In the workshop, she finds a mysterious blue pigment, which turns out to be the key to restoring the amazing fireworks.
