Highway to Nowhere
A masterful thriller by David Lynch, which gave rise to many theories. Successful saxophonist Fred Madisson gradually goes crazy and ends up in the dock, accused of murdering and dismembering his wife. But when they come to his cell for him, car mechanic Pete Dayton mysteriously appears in his place. Pete is released and a second story begins, seemingly unrelated to the first.
