Grigory Sokolov. Concert in Aix-en-Provence

Recital by the legendary Russian pianist from the “piano Mecca” - from the festival in La Roque d'Antheron. Without a doubt, he is one of the greatest pianists of our time - the modest and incomprehensible Grigory Sokolov. His performance leaves critics and audiences alike speechless—as if they couldn’t quite believe what they were witnessing. One of these epoch-making performances was a recital with works by Bach, Beethoven, Schubert, Chopin and Debussy, held in Aix-en-Provence at the La Roque d'Antheron Festival. And, as is typical of Sokolov, he gave listeners unforgettable, magical moments of Music.
