The cottage community "Oasis" in Izberbash welcomes you!
We offer to rent a cottage in Izberbash. The house is located in the "Oasis" cottage complex on the shores of the Caspian Sea, on the first coastline, on the 5th row with a clean beach.
For you - comfortable accommodation by the sea in Izberbash. You will have 3 spacious rooms at your disposal –
2 bedrooms and a shared living room-kitchen. Near the house there is a huge terrace where you can sunbathe, sitting comfortably on the provided sun loungers.
The terrace is fully equipped: there is a table for family dinners and a grill with barbecue facilities. The cottage itself is decorated in the Dagestan style, with elements of folk decor, handmade items - very colorful.
When deciding to rent a house for daily rent in Izberbash in the “Oasis”, you don’t have to worry about comfort and convenience.
In the house we have provided:
• 2 bedrooms with all necessary furniture.
One bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, wall decor, and bedside lamps.
There are sockets on both sides of the bed.
The second bedroom has 2 orthopedic folding sofas (very comfortable), a wardrobe, wall decor, air conditioning, a large TV with Internet support, a carpet, and curtains on the windows.
Your kids can relax here while you and your friends relax in the living room.
• Living room/kitchen. For you there is a kitchen set and all the necessary utensils, there is a stove and a microwave oven, a washing machine is installed, there is a spacious refrigerator, and a TV with Internet support.
In the dining area there is a dining table with chairs, a large comfortable folding sofa, and air conditioning.
There are carpets on the floors in the rooms and curtains on the windows.
• Bathroom.
• Additional equipment: hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
• We provide free sets of bed linen, bedspreads, bath and face towels.
We carefully monitor cleanliness. We also took care of your safety.
A medical worker is on duty on the territory of our complex, rescuers are working, the entire facility is guarded,
There is 24-hour video surveillance on the premises. Each cottage has its own parking area under video surveillance.
There is a separate children's playground on the beach and a spacious volleyball field.
Sun loungers are provided free of charge for residents.
On the territory of our complex there is a cafe, a hookah bar, and a store with a good assortment.
Please note: pets and dogs are not allowed to stay with us.
This is contrary to the rules of the cottage complex. For checking in with a dog, regardless of its size,
a fine of 10,000 rubles is provided.
You can rent a townhouse in Izberbash at very attractive prices:
• May – 5,000 rubles per day.
• June – 7,000.
• With 1.07. on 15.07 - 10000.
• From 16.07 to 25.08 - 12,000.
• From 26.08 to 15.09 - 8000.
For long stays of 10 days or more, additional discounts are available. We accept calls from 09:00 to 21:00.
