News! Dear VIP Culinary graduates, we have a special invitation for you! On September 8, 2026, our culinary center will host a master class by Yasser Jad, one of the famous representatives of the culinary industry of Saudi Arabia, founder and president of the Saudi Arabian Chefs Association. And we especially want to see our former students on this day. This will be more than just a cooking demonstration. Yasser Jad will personally conduct a master class and prepare specially selected dishes, revealing the history and meaning of each of them. For his visit to Dagestan, the chef prepared a special concept: recipes related to the Islamic tradition, as well as the rich gastronomic and cultural heritage of Saudi Arabia. Yasser Jad himself describes the idea of the master class as follows: “I want every dish to have not only taste, but also a story. It’s important to me to show the connection between food, Islam, Saudi Arabian culture and our traditions.” Every dish here is more than just a recipe. While cooking, the chef will talk about its history, cultural significance and traditions behind it. Detailed information: 8 (967) 402-40-04
